All items leaving WorcesterIT have been Quality checked. Should your product fail whilst covered by its Return To Base (RTB) warranty, it can be returned to WorcesterIT where it will undergo another Quality In-Inspection. If the failure is covered by the RTB warranty (i.e. it has not been misused) WorcesterIT will contact you to arrange either a replacement or a refund. Please contact WorcesterIT before returning any goods. Please note: Software cannot be returned once opened. Please treat all media with care. Make a backup copy and keep the origianl safe. Any indication that hardware has been mistreated to affect a refund will result in all warranties being null and void - a refund will NOT be given in these circumstances! Items cannot be returned if they have stopped working as a result of installing 3rd party software. This is not covered by any warranty. Installation of pirated software renders all warranties null and void. Discovery of pirated software will be reported to F.A.C.T.
