WorcesterIT will make every effort to ship your items within 5 - 7 working
days of accepting payment for your order. Sometimes however, during heavy
periods, this is simply not possible. Outside considerations also effect
delivery times.
Please allow 14 working days after payment has beed accepted before contacting
us. If after this time you have not received your goods, please use "Track
Order" to check that your order has indeed been processed - if you
are still concerned, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
Note: As specified in our term and conditions,
if paying with a credit card other than visa, delivery will be delayed
whilst we attempt to varify that the card holder authorised the transaction.
If you are NOT paying by visa, we strongly suggest
you chose to be invoiced before delivery. This will vastly speed up the
delivery of your goods.
