Q. Do you accept credit cards other than visa?
A. Yes, we do. HOWEVER, as by using such a card we cannot ascertain for
certain that the card holder authorised the purchase, we strongly recommend
that you choose the option to be invoiced and pay prior to goods being
shipped. Paying by a credit card other than visa will result in a long
delay between payment and shipping.
Q. Do you ship abroad?
A. Yes, we will ship to anywhere in the world. Please select the appropriate
shipping destination during the ordering process. NOTE:
All goods are shipped on CLEARED FUNDS ONLY!!
Q. Do you send costings via email?
A. No. All of our very best prices appear on the Web site.
Q. Can I order multiple items?
A. Yes. Please add the required item to your cart, select “view
cart”, amend the quantity and click “refresh”.
Q. Can I pay by Cheque?
A. Yes. Please select this option of payment method at the checkout. WorcesterIT
will invoice you for your items. Your items will be shipped when funds
have cleared.
Q. Can I place an order via email?
A. No. This method is not secure. All orders must be placed via the on-line
shop for your protection.
Q. How do you verify the card details?
A. This is done using Barclaycard ePDQ services and Verified by Visa (if
paying by visa).
